Helios was the god of the Sun in Greek mythology. He was thought to ride a golden chariot which brought the Sun across the skies each day from the east to the west. According to Plato in his Symposium, Socrates would greet the sun each morning.
These modified wayfarer style glasses have a broad upper rim that goes out to a rounded point — sometimes called wings. The style of choice from Bob Dylan to Andy Warhol, James Dean, Marilyn Monroe, Roy Orbison and John Lennon.
The Helios is made from machine-pressed hemp fibre — a hemp composite. Hemp is grown as a crop rather than recovered as waste, which makes it a renewable agricultural input instead of salvage.

Fit
Unisex adult sizing. Lightweight hemp composite construction — light enough that you forget you have them on.
Sizing runs small to medium across most models; Iris is the roomier frame. Detailed measurements are being added across the range.
Lenses
UV400 on every lens — full UVA and UVB coverage to 400 nanometers, whichever color you pick.
Polarization varies by color. Mirrored and solid lenses are polarized. Tints — Rose Tint, Pilot Yellow, Arctic Blue, Tawny Brown and Blue Light Blocking — are not. The selector above says which.
Grow-room models use Carl Zeiss lenses with a Flash ML Infrared coating (780–2000 nm).

One-year limited warranty on frames against manufacturing defect — breakage, delamination and hinge failure under normal use. On a valid claim you choose the remedy: replacement, repair, or store credit. One replacement per purchase. Not covered: lenses, scratches, loss, cosmetic wear, heat damage, or third-party repair.
