Your brand, on a frame grown as a crop
The RazorSun is the frame we build custom and branded runs on. Injection-molded hemp bioplastic, polarized UV400 lenses, and the same limited one-year frame warranty as everything else we make.
Promotional merchandise is overwhelmingly petroleum plastic that gets used once and thrown away. This is the opposite argument — a useful object, made with hemp, that someone keeps.
Three ways to order
1 · Branded — the fast route
Your logo or mark laser engraved onto our existing frames and lens colors. Because we're working from stock we already hold, turnaround is quick and the result is permanent — engraving doesn't peel, fade or wash off the way printing does.

Minimum order: 150 units at $19.00 per unit.
Terms: 50% deposit to start production, balance due before shipping.
Typical timing: a proof within a few days, finished units in two to three weeks depending on quantity.
2 · Custom color — the considered route
A frame color matched to your brand. Worth being straight about how this actually works.
A true custom color match in bulk compound usually requires a production run measured in thousands of frames. We can do it from around 50 frames — ask us for details.
Typical timing: roughly six weeks for a custom sample, then about a month of factory production after you approve it. We'd rather tell you ten weeks and hit it than promise four and miss.
Some colors we can hit reliably — black, charcoal, espresso, navy, forest, olive, oxblood, terracotta, ochre, sage, and the natural hemp tone. Others we will tell you honestly that we cannot: whites, pastels, neons and anything translucent are not achievable in a hemp composite, because the substrate is brown.
3 · Carl Zeiss grow-light lenses — custom runs
One grow configuration is stocked and can be bought a pair at a time: EpicGrow in Cerulean Blue. If that is what you need, buy it from the shop — no minimum, no lead time.
Everything else in the grow range is a custom run at a minimum of 1,000 pairs, because Zeiss Growlight lenses are produced to order:
- EpicGrow — Tawny ZEISS Growlight
- RazorGrow — Cerulean ZEISS Growlight, Tawny ZEISS Growlight
That minimum is set by the lens, not by us. If you are a grow-supply distributor, a dispensary group or a cultivation operation ordering at that scale, this is the route to a Zeiss grow lens in a hemp frame.
Lead times run longer than the branded route. Tell us your date early and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
