How you can pay
Checkout is handled by Shopify, so your card details are entered on Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout and are never stored by us or visible to us.

When you're charged
Your card is charged when the order is placed. If an item turns out to be unavailable we refund it immediately rather than holding the money.
Currency
All prices are in US dollars. If your card is in another currency your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own fee — that's between you and them, and we never see it.
Wholesale and custom orders
Wholesale accounts and custom production runs are invoiced directly rather than paid through the storefront. Custom orders take a 50% deposit to begin production with the balance due before shipping. Email Info@Hemp3D.com.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method. We issue within five business days of a return arriving; how quickly it appears after that is down to your bank, typically another three to ten business days. See returns.
Security
We never ask for card details by email or over the phone. If you receive a message claiming to be from Hemp3D asking for payment information, it isn't us — forward it to Info@Hemp3D.com.
