Grown on purpose
Recycled plastic is less bad than new plastic. Hemp is different in kind — it is farmed. Fast-growing, little water, no pesticides, and it leaves the soil better than it found it.
Hemp fibre is strong and naturally resists mold, bacteria and UV. In a rigid composite it has no scent and almost no weight.
One-year warranty
A limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defect, including breakage and delamination. Valid claim, you pick the remedy: replacement, repair, or credit.
We could say lifetime. We would rather name a term we will honor. Lenses, scratches, loss, cosmetic wear and heat damage are not covered.
UV400 on every lens
Polarized and UV400, on all of them — including the $32.95 frame. The one exception is the clear Blue Light Blocking lens on Aphrodite, Demeter, Hera and Hermes, which is not polarized.
