Free standard shipping on US orders over $75. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout.

Orders are packed and dispatched within one to two business days. Standard delivery usually lands within three to seven business days of dispatch, depending on where you are.

International

We ship internationally with a $75 minimum order value.

There is no free shipping on international orders, at any order value. Rates are calculated live at checkout from the carrier, based on weight and destination — we don't mark them up, and the free-shipping threshold above applies to US orders only.

Duties, taxes and customs charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us. These are set by your country, not by us, and we have no way to estimate or waive them. Refused parcels that return to us are refunded less the outbound shipping cost.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. If tracking hasn't updated within three business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll chase the carrier.

Wrong address

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it's wrong, email us immediately — before dispatch we can usually correct it, after dispatch we can't. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are refunded less the shipping cost.
