HEMP3D — TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to Hemp3D. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hemp3d.com and your purchase of our products. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Our Products
All sunglasses are non-prescription fashion eyewear with UV400-rated lenses. They are not safety glasses, sports-impact eyewear, or medical devices, and should not be used as protective equipment.
Our frames are made from natural materials such as hemp fiber and wood. Color, grain, and texture vary from pair to pair — no two are identical. This variation is a feature of the material, not a defect. Limited-edition products are numbered and available only while supplies last.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay, plus any applicable taxes and shipping. We may cancel or refuse any order (for example, due to pricing errors or suspected fraud) — if we do, you will receive a full refund. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.
3. Shipping
Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Unworn items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Email info@hemp3d.com to start a return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Limited-edition and final-sale items may not be returnable except for defects.
5. Warranty & Disclaimer
We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, sitting on your sunglasses, water damage beyond normal exposure, or unauthorized modification. Except as stated above, products are provided "as is," and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CorFiber Corp’s total liability for any claim related to a product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the HEMP3D, HEMPVISION, and H3D names and logos, product designs, photos, and text — belongs to CorFiber Corp and may not be used without our written permission.
8. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page; the "Last updated" date will reflect the change.
