Every Hemp3D frame is covered by a limited one-year warranty. If the frame fails because of a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, we will make it right.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects in the frame — including breakage and delamination that occur under normal use — for one year from the date of purchase.

Because we would rather state a term we will actually honor than a word that sounds better. Frames that fail because of how they were made fail early — that is what this covers, and we cover it with a real remedy rather than a discount on your next pair.
